Workshops and Sign Parties

Intro to Dip Pen & Ink Modern Calligraphy is a fun and relaxed workshop designed for the dip pen and ink newbie. In this 2-hour workshop, students will be guided through an array of topics, tips, and disciplines, including materials preparation, basic pen strokes, letter formation techniques, drills, and more. At the end of the workshop, you’ll have all of the information and tools needed to continue sharpening your skills and developing your own calligraphic style.

Registration fee includes a complete Personal Calligraphy Materials Set with all of the tools required, including a pen staff, nibs, ink for dip pen and ink, various types of paper, practice templates, and bonus materials.

Intro to Brush Pen Lettering is a fun and relaxed workshop designed for the brush pen newbie. In this 2-hour workshop, students will be guided through an array of topics, tips, and disciplines, including materials preparation, basic pen strokes, letter formation techniques, drills, and more. At the end of the workshop, you’ll have all of the information and tools needed to continue sharpening your skills and developing your own lettering style.

Registration fee includes a complete Personal Lettering Materials Set with all of the tools required, including various brush pens, various types of paper, practice templates, and bonus materials.

A hosted party offers the option of being a sip 'n sign / sip 'n paint / 

wine 'n sign / paint 'n pour party - or not.
