This depends on a few variables - quantity, type of envelopes (outer/inner sets or outer only), envelope color and whether or not they are lined, ink selection (metallic inks slow the process), script choice (Tier 1 monoline scripts offer the fastest turnaround time), and what is already in my queue.

We offer spot calligraphy for invitations. Simply put us in touch with your designer to get the process started. Don't have a designer? No problem! We are happy to refer our favorite invitation designer friendors.

We gladly accept Word, Excel, Pages, and Numbers. We have a downloadable template under "Tools" for your convenience. We DO NOT accept PDF files or shared files or links. 

In a nutshell, we'll collect the details of your project and send an estimate that calculates your deposit, along with an Information Sheet (IS) for your signature. Once your deposit and signed IS have been received, delivery information will be provided. Once materials have been received, a mock-up will be sent for approval. When your project is complete, images will be sent and final payment will be due prior to pick-up.

Absolutely! We frequently with with out-of-state clients, from Los Angeles, California to New York, New York and everywhere in-between!

No. Our planners, couples, and clients frequently deliver and pick-up to/from our vestibule without an appointment under a few conditions: 

1) we'll need to discuss the timeframe in advance - we don't like to let materials sit for any length of time, 

2) Monday - Friday, 

3) just before and after standard business hours with some flexibility, 

4) let us know when you've delivered

We do not rent mirrors. We can refer you to www.azretrorentals.com for mirror rentals. Should you rent mirrors from them, we will create your signage and seating charts at their location in Tempe, AZ.

Yes. We have a $150 project minimum. 

If materials are being drop-shipped to us, please let us know. Do not require a signature on deliveries. Do not schedule delivery without confirming the delivery date with us first. We cannot guarantee that we will be available to collect deliveries without prior notice. 

Courier tracking numbers MUST be provided.

If drop-shipped materials are received damaged and require unpacking, photos, re-packing, and/or disposal, time will be billed at my in-studio hourly rate with a 1-hour minimum.

Client must collect damaged materials with one week of delivery, arrange to have couriers pick up items for return, or absorb the cost of disposal. Please check with me to be sure I will be available to leave items out for courier pick up. We are not able to store damaged merchandise longer than one week and will charge a daily storage rate.

For safety reasons, we are not able to engrave anything with contents under pressure, such as champagne. There are other fantastic options for this - Ask us!

We do not stock or sell items to be engraved, but we are able to source them for your event for a fee.
