Because of the nature of our items, unless they arrive damaged (not due to shipping) or defective, we cannot accept returns for custom and personalized orders, digital downloads, and sale items.
For problems with orders, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Ship items back within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses and any time delay due to weather, saturation, acts of God, etc..
